CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure the guest receive the time and care they deserve, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made with at least 24 hours notice. -Cancelations within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled service will be charged. -No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service will be charged. -Late arrival: Arriving more then 10-15 minutes late may require rescheduling and may be considered a late cancellation. A card on file is required to secure all appointments. No charges are made unless the cancellation policy is violated. I understand that life happens.
